Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final unless an error is made on my end. If there is an issue with your order that is clearly due to a mistake on my end, I will always go above and beyond to correct it to your satisfaction. I truly want you to be happy with your TBD purchase. If an error occurs, you must contact me within 5 business days of delivery so the issue can be resolved.

 

Any approved refund is subject to a 5% processing fee, which will be deducted from the total order amount.


CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom orders are non-refundable. No exceptions. If there is an error on my end, I will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of my ability. However, sizing errors are not eligible for refunds, remakes, or resolutions due to the nature of custom work.


READY TO SHIP (RTS) POLICY
All Ready-to-Ship items are final sale.

No exceptions.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders may not be canceled after 24 hours. Any order still within the stated Turnaround Time (TAT) is not eligible for a refund. If an order exceeds the stated TAT, a refund will be issued upon request.

 

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

any item sold that is discounted in any form is final sale. No exceptions. Please utilize my monthly BST thread, or small shop groups to sell your items.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

Jean styles will vary. While I recreate designs as closely as possible, the exact brand, wash depth, and detailing may vary based on availability.

 

Example:

If a buyer orders 5T dark wash skinny jeans, that is what will be sent. The specific wash tone or denim brand is at the seller’s discretion. All items are brand new unless explicitly stated as vintage.
TBD will not refund or remake items due to style preferences that were not communicated prior to purchase.

 

 TURNING IN YOUR OWN DENIM

 

The sender is responsible for safely shipping denim to TBD. If denim does not arrive at least one month prior to the listed ship date, the order will ship the following month. If your items are lost in transit to me, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. I am not responsible for packages lost on their way to TBD. All outgoing packages include $100 insurance. Additional insurance may be purchased upon request. Any items lost in transit to you must go through the proper carrier claim process.


SHOP CREDIT POLICY

Shop credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Shop credit does not expire and may be used on any eligible TBD item. This includes any shop credit that is earned or won through promotions or giveaways


RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

TBD reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting abusive behavior, repeated policy violations, or chargeback abuse.

 

AGREEMENT TO POLICIES

By completing a purchase with TBD, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
